Everything is blooming in Orlando, now - including Maggie, who is wearing a lovely red hibicus n her hair to show how well she is feeling.  (She is responding very well to her treatment.  Thanks for all of the kind words last week.)

My loquat tree is full of fruit.  Please help yourselves.

A couple of weeks ago, Maggie had a bad fall and hurt her back.  She has been undergoing laser treatment for the injury.  Maggie's vet gave this photo to me of her in her special laser glasses.  I have the photo hanging in my office. In my imagination, she is not getting medical treatment, but rather about to take off in a small plane in an effort to be the first dog to fly solo across the Atlantic.  Can't you see it in this photo?  (She's smart enough to do it, too!)

Well, 2015 (or as I've dubbed the year, please excuse the language, "Suckfest 2015") has not started  off well.  I was ready for 2016 in January.  However, a vacation is just around the corner and things are starting to look up.  Perhaps all I need to get away, far away...  Look out Thailand and Cambodia - here I come!
