    An audio book is great for times like your commute. I'm in need of another one; it helps me to be less tense with the fracking vehicles. I esp. like your last photo--- love the glow from the sun ---it's like you are all heading "towards the light!" ;>)

    slow traffic! well it can be very mindfulness -zen- to be in the slow traffic and stay calm!
