I am longing for a change... perhaps a move to Scotland?
how about somewhere warmer, where you could grow, say, tomatoes, and then use your newly learned culinary skills to create delicious meals? :)
ReplyDeleteGood point! And last week, I was sitting at the computer in sweatpants, slippers, t-shirt and sweatshirt while I sat on a heating pad to stay warm... when I got up and looked at the thermostat, it was 68 degs F! I guess I do need to stay in a warm climate despite my desire to move to Edinburgh!
DeleteOh, Heather, Edinburgh is beautiful and you would love it here but I agree with Francesca on this one. It is so cold, windy and rainy here! After one and a half year in Scotland I'd love to move somewhere south where the sun shines and the sky is blue... *sigh*
DeleteScottland sounds good, but I'd go for Ireland instead. Why Scottland? :>)
ReplyDeleteI do love Ireland! I could easily live in Howth... if I could bear the cold weather. (See comments above - apparently I am a sissy southern girl!)
Deletethat sounds kind of drastic when you live in such a nice warm place :)
ReplyDeleteScotland is a dream of mine - this is really tempting.
ReplyDeleteNice idea. Fingers crossed ;)
ReplyDeleteScotland is fantastic! soooo when are you going? :)
ReplyDeleteI've heard great things about Scotland. i want to visit.
ReplyDeleteScotland is beautiful, but I couldn't take all the rain. Wish you the best in whatever you decide.
ReplyDeleteI have never been to Scotland but I've heard lovely things about it - apart from the fact it seems to rain a lot! My father's family originally came from Scotland so I have always wanted to visit :-)
ReplyDeleteelse... a holiday?
