Here is a beautiful glass statue by the artist Dale Chihuly. It's on display at the Orlando Museum of Art where Debbie (pictured) and I went last week for a cocktail party. The photo is bad, but the glass statue is breathtakingly beautiful. I would love it in my house... well, as long as I could pay someone else to dust it!
Happy new year and happy corner viewing!

And for Erica - here are some photos of my very messy, orange craft room:
Oh, thank you so much for sharing. Your crafty space looks so bright and inviting! The orange is such a pretty color. Bold and fun! I'm sure you find lots of inspiration in your craft room. :)
ReplyDeleteThe colors are fantastic, but they look like an immense amount of snakes intertwined---I couldn't handle that in my house. However, that may just be the way it looks in the photo. I wouldn't want to touch it for fear of breaking it(or getting bitten by a snake! Ha!).
ReplyDeleteHis creations are amazing. My husband is lucky to have some of his work in his office building!
ReplyDeleteWOW, all made on glass...incredible...
ReplyDeleteI could not be near...I am so...
Wow' what an amazing creation :-)
ReplyDeletenice - reminds me of something where you'd want to put your cocktail glass to drip dry! Joking! :)
ReplyDeleteyou have a lovely space to craft and create!
that statue is stunning, it looks like a tree. And what a lovely craft room! Happy new year.
