ReplyDeleteHow sweet! I wish we had been able to bring another husky home with us when we got Ginger. It turns out that the male I wanted was not adopted after all.:( I think Mike would have been open to bringing both Ginger and Big Boy home to adjust together. But now? After Ginger has torn up a part of the carpet (she really didn't mean to and we shouldn't have had the crate there) and back-slid a couple of times on her 'already house trained' description, Mike wants to wait until spring. I really think she should have another dog with her. I am keeping my eye out for a smaller dog --- I think the idea of another big dog might put him off. We'll see.
